There are very few dishes I make that I actually came up with on my own, but this is one of them. It was inspired by a meal I had at Bob Evans. Enjoy!
Potluck (and kid) pleaser
I made this dish for a church potluck on Sunday and it went over very well! My kids all enjoy it and it’s one of my husband’s favorite meals. Enjoy!
